IFW372 – Ambra vs Sabrina Test of Strength

Whose arms are stronger?
It’s time for a test of strength between two of the IFW veterans: Ambra and Sabrina.
After a short warm-up routine and a pretty intense and long staredown where they strike their best biceps pose, it’s time to begin.

Arms on test!
The first challenge is about holding a 2,5kg weight, with one arm stretched out. The first who lowers her arm loses the challenge. The idea comes from the traditional Bavarian “Masskrugstemmen” (stein-holding), where the girls hold a stein with one litre of beer in it.
The next is a typical push-up contest, followed by an endurance test holding a dumbbell of 7,5 Kg in each hand. Then, bicep curls again with 7.5 kg dumbbells: the more curls win.

Arm wrestling galore
What follows is a 5 minutes long and super hard-fought arm wrestling contest where the girls compete with both arms seated at the table.
Finally, we have a winner and you will see her celebrating showing her muscles right in the face of the sore loser who leaves the room quite upset.
