Real mixed wrestling
Ezio, 51, 160cm and 60kg vs Ambra, 24, 160cm and 47kg. Competitive mixed pin and submission wrestling. A few minutes of tug of war and arm wrestling for some strength comparison, and then the match begins.
His power, her agility
Ezio is aggressive as usual, has a considerable weight advantage but must be aware of Ambra’s agility and improved skills, thanks to her BJJ classes.
An even a very hard-fought match, lots of hand-to-hand wrestling on the mats. Ambra seems to keep Ezio under control, but he has sudden reactions where he puts all his explosive power giving the lighter opponent serious trouble.
The match escalates!
You get to see scissors, triangles, takedowns, headlocks on both sides. Half into the match, the first submission triggers a very strong reaction, sparks start to fly and the pace steps up. There will be even more aggression and more points until the end of one of the most spectacular mixed matches filmed on IFW mats.

A great fight between to really closely matched opponents. It’s back and forth action from start to finish. Ambra as always has great technique and I love to see her back in some mixed action.
It would be interesting to see how she would do against Paolo or Fabio. If one girl can overcome a weight difference it’s Ambra.
Thank you for your comment, much appreciated!
I liked this match as well, great effort from both fighters and it could have gone either way. I agree with morris that Ambra versus Paolo sounds like a fantastic idea, his match against Andrea is probably my favourite IFW match to date. I notice the girls getting more technical and I love it, do they all get BJJ training now?
Hi, thank you. Yes, most girls are taking BJJ classes at this time. Ambra loves it and she is by far the most engaged. Paolo is no longer available, sorry.
Would Ambra be able to take on Fabio or Mauro?
Yes, Ambra vs Mauro would be a very close and tough match. Please get in touch if interested in sponsoring.
