Chiara returns to mixed wrestling after her match against Valentino (IFW483) in December 2023.
Today she faces Cristiano, whom you’ve already seen against Lara and Sabrina, in a pin and submission match. As often happens, Chiara must find a way to compensate for a weight disadvantage of about twenty kilos.

Leg strength and technical evolution
Recently, Chiara has been training hard in the gym, especially focusing on her legs, knowing she’ll need to rely heavily on her scissors. What may surprise you today is seeing her apply highly refined and complex techniques with impressive speed and precision.
Of course, whenever Cristiano traps her in his own scissors, it becomes extremely tough for the smaller wrestler to withstand the pressure of his strength.

Balance of power and agility
It’s fair to say that Chiara has to work incredibly hard on every hold — both technically and physically — to achieve results. Cristiano’s physical structure, on the other hand, allows him to be naturally more effective when he secures control. However, Chiara’s agility makes that task far from easy.
The result is a balanced, high-paced match where each competitor tries to maximize their own strengths, with great intensity and numerous submissions from both sides.
