Adele’s confident swagger
Adele is much taller than Sabrina and today she’s playing the braggart — “this will be a walk in the park.” Her opponent doesn’t take kindly to the provocation and promises a fight, as already clear from the armwrestle, long and hard-fought, that kicks off the match.
Holds challenge format
The girls face off under the typical holds-challenge rules, alternating 90 seconds each and applying a series of leg-focused holds. Every submission counts as a point, as does any escape or simply surviving until time runs out. After each point, the scorer can decide whether to continue for the remaining time.
Today’s sequence: front head scissor, side body scissors, a violent figure-four head scissors, head scissors from behind, and body scissors with a full nelson.
Sweat-earned victory
Between cramps, escapes, teasing, hair-pulling and high tempo, everything happens right up to the final hold, with unexpected twists along the way.
If there’s ever a day the winner has every right to celebrate a hard-earned victory, it’s today. The punishment round proves she’s thoroughly satisfied.

Just have a question about this format, not understanding this bit: After each point, the scorer can decide whether to continue for the remaining time.
Each hold has a time limit of 90 seconds. If a point is scored (submission or “escape” from the hold), the wrestler who earned it has the right to decide whether to continue until the end of the 90 seconds trying to score another point but also risking conceding one, or to stop and move on to the next hold as was always done in the past.
This is a decision that depends on the remaining time and the score, and each girl can decide according to her own strategy.
I hope this clarifies things.
