A diffiult debut
Alice’s first time in a holds challenge is against none other than Adele… her warm welcome is immediately clear from the initial arm wrestling, in which Adele plays with her opponent.
More points are possible
The side body scissors kick off the holds challenge, where the goal is to resist for 90 seconds in the hold to score a point, or better yet, to escape. But the opponent aims for the opposite outcome: a submission. With the new rules, you can continue after earning a point, which makes the challenge even more interesting (Adele approves!).
Who enjoys the punishment round?
The following holds are: body scissors with full nelson, the dreadful figure four head scissors, the frontal head scissor.
The winner, as usual, enjoys imposing a bit of extra suffering on her victim, as if it wasn’t enough!

I have never been able to understand if in these challenge challenges, the scissors are truly pushed to the maximum or not, it is not a criticism because the show is the same excellent
Each girl decides for herself which strategy to adopt to manage all the individual 90 seconds tests of a long match. Believing that girls throw themselves headlong, squeezing as if there were no tomorrow, risking in some cases to penalize the available strength at the end of the match, is not realistic.
Luv the confident Adele taking charge
It seems like Adele matches have been coming through alot less recently (in the past couple of months). Will she be back to do regularly scheduled matches anytime soon? I sure do hope as she’s come along way since her rookie days back in 2019-2020 and she’s in her best technical form yet..
She is taking care of something that prevented her to be more present in competitive matches, and should be back in a couple of months.
