Intense arm wrestling and a special holds challenge
Today, we have Adele and Michela facing off against Alessia and Giulia in a special tag team holds challenge. The tension was palpable during the intense arm wrestling match between Adele and Alessia, which required a tiebreaker to determine who would start the subsequent challenge.
Eight legs in action: a variety of holds
The girls competed simultaneously in pairs, alternating their opponents. The first hold was the lateral head scissor, with Adele facing Giulia and Michela taking on Alessia. The rules were clear: 90 seconds to escape the hold or at least resist until the end of the time, while the one applying the hold aimed for submission.
The following holds included the body scissor with full nelson, the triangle, the frontal head scissors, and the final figure four head scissors.
Passion, rage, joy, and triumph
The beauty of tag team matches lies in the encouragement the girls give each other and the constant change of opponents. In this very evenly matched battle, the sequence of points was quite unique, and victory was achieved by a hair’s breadth!
During the punishment round, the losing team went so far as to accuse each other in a heated discussion, highlighting the intense emotions and competitive spirit that fueled the match.

This Holds Team Challenge event brought together two contrasting pairs of competitors in what was a classic matchup of size versus experience. At a combined weight of 294 pounds, Giulia and Alessi had a huge 59 pound over their opponents (combined weight listed at 235 pounds). Conversely, the duo of Michela and Adele definitely had the edge in wrestling/fighting experience, both in terms of overall number of IFW matches as well as participation in these demanding Holds Challenge contests.
