After IFW233 and IFW350, here is another interesting Holds Challenge in pairs: Beatrice and Michela, who are very confident in themselves, challenge Olivia and Venere.
After arm wrestling, the first hold is the triangle: Michela is paired with Olivia while Beatrice faces Venere.

Rivalry and provocation
The rules are the same, with 90 seconds to get a submission, escape, or resist. Then the pairs are reversed. Each team adds up the points earned by its members.
The teammates support each other and there is a lot of teasing throughout the match.

The holds we see are the triangle, the body scissors with full nelson, the side head scissors, the figure four head scissors, and a front head scissors.
The winning pair obviously enjoys torturing and mocking the opponents during the punishment round.
