Testing arm strength
Michela and Sabrina engage in a series of arm strength tests. Waste no time as the girls begin with an endurance test where they must hold their arm outstretched while supporting a 2.5kg weight for as long as possible, until one gives in.
The power of strength
Next comes the classic bicep curls challenge with a 7.5kg dumbbell. Whoever manages to complete more repetitions earns a point.
Another essential test is the arm push-up challenge.
Finally, a test of endurance where they must support a weight with their elbow at a 90-degree angle: the first to lower their arm loses.
Arm wrestling and celebration
The finale, which actually spans several minutes, is a sequence of arm wrestling challenges in different positions, until one of the contestants reaches a total of 10 points and can celebrate victory by flexing in front of the defeated opponent.
