IFW409 – Adele vs Venere Test of Strength

Same height, same strength
Venere and Adele, equally tall and strong, after showcasing their muscles, challenge each other in a series of strength tests to assert dominance over one another and compel their opponent to admit her defeat as a sign of submission.

Arms of steel
The first challenge: who can hold out the longest with their arm extended, holding a 2.5kg dumbbell. Following that, the classic bicep curls test, push-ups on their arms, and a test of endurance holding 7.5kg dumbbells in each hand.

And an arm-wrestling contest!
The grand finale consists of an exciting arm-wrestling showdown, crucial for victory, where Venere and Adele take turns at the table, standing and lying down for a total of 10 minutes until one of them reaches 10 points and wins the match.
