IFW396 – Ambra vs Michela Test of Strength

The strongest arms
A challenge of strength and endurance that promises to be intense from the very first words exchanged between Michela and Ambra before the long and intense staredown.
They get into action with the first test, where the girls must hold a dumbbell with their arm extended forward, resisting in that position as long as possible, alternating between both arms.

Dumbbells, push-ups, and arm wrestling
Next comes a classic biceps curl challenge, followed by a push-up contest, and another test of endurance with 7.5Kg weights.
The grand finale is a series of arm wrestling challenges that continue in different positions until one of the contestants reaches a total of 10 points and wins the match.

The winner celebrates
The victor shows her satisfaction and forces the defeated opponent to admit her defeat, come up with some excuses, and leave the scene embarrassed!
