IFW378 – Adele vs Sabrina Test of Strength

Best arms
A series of tests of strength for Adele’s and Sabrina’s arms: the staredown with the two girls flexing facing each other is a perfect introduction to these multiple challenges.

Strength and endurance
A 2,5kg weight in each hand, with both arms stretched out and the first who lowers her arm loses the challenge. It’s the traditional Bavarian “Masskrugstemmen” (stein-holding), where the girls hold a stein with one litre of beer in it.
The push-up contest is next, then an endurance test holding a dumbbell of 7,5Kg in each hand. Finally, the “bicep curls” again with 7.5kg dumbbells.

Arm wrestling galore
To end the challenge, the girls go through a 5 minutes long arm wrestling contest, seated at the table, standing and on laying on the mats.
The winner celebrates by flexing in front of her defeated opponent and making her admit who is stronger.
