Afrodite is a very enthusiastic newcomer at IFW: the intensity of the arm-wrestling contest will give you an idea of how determined she is. On the other hand, Michela is ready to give Afrodite her warmest welcome in this test of strength and wrestling challenge.
After testing their arms, it’s time for the leg wrestling ankle against ankle, where Michela winds hands down despite Afrodite’s efforts. Seated leg wrestling follows, where the girls try to force the opponent’s thighs open using their knees.

Who has more stamina?
The next test of strength is a back to back push challenge with interlocked arms followed by the classic finger lock test of strength and a push wrestling challenge.
A very long wall-sit resistance and pain tolerance contest sees the girls back to the wall, in a seated position with their knees making a 90° angle until one can’t resist anymore.

Sumo and wrestling!
Sumo is one of the most appreciated challenges, where the girls fight in the octagon trying to push the other out.
And finally, the highlight of the video: a 5 minutes pins only wrestling match, where Michela needs to make use of all her experience to counter Afrodite’s head-on attacks!
