IFW189 – Aura vs Andrea – Test of Strength

Several tests of strength
It’s a pure strength competition between the veteran Andrea and the newcomer Aura, followed by some pins only wrestling. They are even in weight and this 100% competitive challenge will decide who is stronger.
Armwrestling comes first, with a best of 3 challenge.
Tug of war follows, where both legs and arms are under pressure.
Then we have a “push wrestling” competition, where the girls must push the opponent across the room until her back is against the wall.
The next challenge is a back vs back push wrestling, arms interlocked.
Plank endurance contest and seated leg wrestling end this part.
Each test of strength enlightens a specific group of muscles in the girls’ body so that you get to see bicpes, legs, back, abs… all of them in action!

Pins wrestling
In the following 5 minutes pins only wrestling match, Andrea puts the combative newcomer in a series of cross-body, grapevine with breast smother, and full-body pins showing her superior skills.

Aura’s impressive strength
The video ends with a super long wall-sit endurance contest. All in all, Aura shows incredible strength and stamina, and of course, she is still lacking technical skills. After some more training, Aura will surely become a fearsome opponent for all!
