Pre-match (20 minutes)
The introduction features the girls arriving at the gym, changing into their boxing gear, wearing their boots and robes. The pre-match interviews will make you feel the atmosphere and the girls’ mood as if you were there!
Weight-in, staredown for the camera, fists wrapping, warm-up, gloves, mouthpiece, cream and it’s fighting time.
Match (20 minutes)
The match (5 rounds of 2 minutes each) takes off immediately, both fighters show aggression and determination with good technique. Ambra is more agile but must beware of Sabrina’s muscular power.
The second round is already war: they don’t hold back. Ambra shows better leg play and her fast hooks and combinations give Sabrina some trouble. Sabrina reacts with her powerful blows, Ambra starts to feel tired but manages to land some good punches too.
The slow-motion in between the rounds gives you the possibility to appreciate the best moments of the match.
The crazy last round is all to be seen and important for the final result. In the end, both fighters are completely exhausted.
Post-match (7 minutes)
The judge and the referee explain what happened and provide their comments on what were the winning strategies during the match. Even the judge says that this was one of the best IFW matches so far and both girls are proud of what they did.
The final interviews close this epic video.

Monica would be brave and competitive enough but she has not taken any boxing training, so that’s not an option at this time.
Sabrina is an excellent boxer good technic and food work i hope for her safety she trains bjj or she will be food

Letting Ambra reset and fight her own game is exactly how you lose to Ambra. Still, they both put on a fantastic show! At this point, would it be Ambra vs. Andrea for the IFW boxing championship? Or maybe Ambra vs. Luna… Read more »
