Strength tests and belly punching
The girls face each other in a series of strength and endurance challenges followed by a sequence of belly punches, the number of which depends on the result of the preceding challenge.
Increasing strength punches
The initial test is arm wrestling, and the victor administers two sets of four punches, in contrast to the lone set allowed for the loser.
Adhering to the same pattern, additional strength tests are conducted using weights: initially with legs stretched and elevated, maintaining balance with a ball on the shins, succeeded by three additional punch sequences.
Until the ultimate surrender!
Subsequently, a classic bicep curl contest unfolds, featuring four curls per arm until one participant gives in. This is followed by three punch sequences to the abdomen.
Further strength tests encompass both legs and arms, culminating in the match concluding due to one of the competitors being unable to continue due to pain, resulting in their defeat.
The (very aggressive!) victory pose and final interviews bring the video to a close.
